Bit of a late review but me and a few lads from ZZOOMM found this place and it’s a bloody gem ! Staff are awesome. Portions are huge. The girl that served me is ace. She’s an asset ! The Donner meat and chips ! Oh yes ! Proper chippy chips too ! Good wraps and great overall experience.

We had a fish special which was bigger than I expected and I couldn't get through all the chips. The small battered fish was lovely and white and chunky. Would definitely come again and the price and the service was very good too! 👍

Both myself and my partner live in Congleton, but when we come over to Crewe and we want decent fish and chips we always go to Neptune's. Have tried quite a few fish and chip shops in Crewe but by far Neptune's is the best. We've been coming here quite a few times over the last few years, the service and food quality is exceptional👍🏻👍🏻. Both of us had the mini fish special and thoroughly enjoyed it!..thanks guys 👍🏻
